DEFINITIONS: The following words marked in CAPITALS will have specific meanings in this contract. “CTP” means Convoitise Entertainment as well as the individual model working under Convoitise Entertainment during tour events covered during this contract. “CLIENT” means individual(s) requesting, making use and or Paying for, talent services covered under this contract.

 

RESERVATIONS: All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of $50 before confirmation. CLIENTS will be reviewed by CTP prior to deposit and confirmation. Cancelations within 72 hours of booking will result in a first and Final Warning for future bookings with CTP.

 

COPYRIGHTS & OWNERSHIP: After final payment for modeling services is made, the photographs produced by Client are protected by copyright law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Client’s explicitly written or digital permission. Upon final payment, limited copyright ownership of the images will with the CTP for promotional purposes only.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY: The CLIENT is responsible for the safety of CTP during the photo shoot.
